If you have not received the SMS verification code from AlteumX, please check the following recommendations: 

  1. Might be due to the phone network unstable. Please retry in 30 minutes

  2. Please verify phone signal stability by moving to a location with a stronger signal 

  3. Clear cache and blacklist, disable the firewall

  4. Restart the device.
     

If non of the above work, please contact support at support@alteumx.com and provide us your phone model, operation system ( IOS or Android ), country & city that you are accessing from.
