How to deposit crypto

There are two paths to depositing crypto into your AlteumX account:

• Fund Account

• Wallet

Fund Account

1. Open  www.alteumx.com and Log in.

2. Click on "Wallet" located at the top bar

 3. Select the coin and click on "Deposit"

4. A new window will provide the information for your deposit. Copy the deposit address by clicking on the "Copy Address" button or by scanning the QR code. Then, paste this deposit address into the withdrawal platform (example: e-wallet or exchange)

⚠️ Make sure to send only the currency you are selecting. Sending any other coins may result in the loss of your funds. (e.g. to deposit BTC use only the BTC deposit addresses)

⚠️ Before carrying out any operation, verify that the deposit address is exactly that of your account. We highly recommend using the copy address button.

⚠️ The address format may vary for each currency. In some cases, there is only one address, and in others, a specific note or label value is required. Therefore, you should check the address and an address range (if there are no additional values like a memo, etc.) when depositing and withdrawing coins.

Wallet

1. Open  www.alteumx.com and Log in.

3. Inside de "Balances" tab, select the coin and click on "Deposit"

4. A new window will provide the information for your deposit. Copy the deposit address by clicking on the "Copy Address" button or by scanning the QR code. Then, paste this deposit address into the withdrawal platform (example: e-wallet or exchange)
