How to withdraw crypto

1. Open www.alteumx.com and Log in.

2. Click on "Wallet" located at the top bar

3. Inside de "Balances" tab, select the coin and click on "Withdraw"

4. Enter the requested information to proceed with your withdrawal

Enter withdrawal amount
Enter withdrawal address
If required - Select withdrawal method (Only available for currencies that support different withdrawals methods)

5. Click on "Withdraw"

⚠️ Withdrawal processing time takes about 30 minutes on average to verify deposit details on other wallets or exchanges after the withdrawal execution.

⚠️ After executing the transaction, a unique transaction number called a transaction ID (TXID) is created on the blockchain, TXID. This can be found in the withdrawal history (located in Wallet, under the withdrawals tab)

⚠️ The post-transfer process is an automated part of the blockchain network and AlteumX cannot intervene.
